We're back at it. As summer approaches, I get in the "zomg I'm so fucking fat" yearly mood. What's going to happen now? Well, pretty much nothing. I'll diet and scream "EXERCISE, I NEED EXERCISE" for a couple of days then stop going bonkers about it and get back to my usual "Yeah I'm fat, so what" kind of attitude...
So as a result of my 2/3-day exercise trip, I've decided to do sit-ups (last year it came in form of exercise bike mania). What would any normal person who hasn't been seen doing sit-ups in years do? They'd take it easy and start from a few. What's the bubu-approach at the situation? "Uhm, let's see, when I used to go to the gym I would do 90-120. Let's start from 4x15." Yus, from nothing to 60 :) yeeey!
Now, my abs hurt, obviously :P So let's hope NO ONE makes me laugh, and let's also hope I never need to take a number 2. Ever. Again. GHHHHH.
